Frequently asked Questions

About the Art

What are ZenWrockz?

ZenWrockz are natural stones hand-wrapped with cord in intricate patterns a meditative art form inspired by the rivers and landscapes of the Pacific Northwest. Each piece is wrapped with the intention of love, peace, and tranquility.

Are all pieces one-of-a-kind?

Yes! Every rock is unique in shape, size, and character. No two ZenWrockz pieces are identical, which makes each one a truly original piece of art.

What type of cord do you use?

I use a variety of leather cord and gauges depending on the design. I also occasionally use bamboo, reed or can strips. Each wrap is done by hand with no tools beyond cutters and awls.
